Our fees for therapy sessions are below. They are for a 50 minute session. The full fee is payable by credit/debit card at the time of the appointment. Payment via bank transfer is available is also available.

For Clinical Psychology Sessions:

• Weekdays (until 5pm) - $255

• Weekdays (after 5pm) - $275

• Weekends - $275

Our fees are subject to change.

Medicare Rebates

A Medicare rebate of $145.25 is available if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. The Mental Health Care Plan must be in the patient's name - for example, if you would like treatment for your son's anxiety, it must be in your son's name. Please email a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan to admin@galaxyclinic.au before the appointment.

If eligible, rebates may also be available under chronic disease management plans, eating disorder treatment plans, or plans supporting complex neurodevelopmental disabilities. Contact your GP for more details.

NDIS

We can provide invoices for self-managed NDIS participants. We may accept plan-managed NDIS participants. We are unable to work with agency-managed NDIS participants.

Private Health Insurance

We can provide invoices for you to claim on your private health insurance. Contact your insurer for details about any rebates available. You cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and private health insurance for the same session.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a fee.

If you cancel or reschedule between 24-48 hours’ notice, a fee of 50% of the full session cost will apply and must be paid before your next appointment. Please note, Medicare rebates do not apply to cancellation fees.

For cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee (100%) will be charged, as such short notice makes it difficult to offer the time to another client. To cancel or reschedule, please email admin@galaxyclinic.au or call 0434 890 132.
