Our fees for therapy sessions are below. They are for a 50 minute session. The fee is payable by credit/debit card at the time of the appointment. Payment via bank transfer is available is also available.

For Clinical Psychology Sessions:

• Weekdays (until 5pm) - $255

• Weekdays (after 5pm) - $275

• Weekends - $275

Our fees are subject to change.

Medicare Rebates

A Medicare rebate of $141.85 is available if you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

The Mental Health Care Plan must be in the patient's name - for example, if you would like treatment for your son's anxiety, it must be in your son's name. Please email a copy of your Mental Health Care Plan to linda@galaxyclinic.au before the appointment.

We can process the claim on your behalf if you provide your Medicare number details, or you can claim the rebate online after the appointment via your MyGov account.

Rebates may also be available under a Chronic Disease Management Plan. Contact your GP for more details.

NDIS

We can provide invoices for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. We are unable to work with agency-managed NDIS participants.

Private Health Insurance

We can provide invoices for you to claim on your private health insurance. Contact your insurer for details about any rebates available. You cannot claim both a Medicare rebate and private health insurance for the same session.

Autism Assessments and Cognitive Assessments

Please contact The Galaxy Clinic for information regarding fees for autism and cognitive assessments.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedule requests, otherwise 50% of the full session fee will be payable. There is no Medicare rebate available for cancellations. To cancel or reschedule, please email linda@galaxyclinic.au or call 0434 890 132.
