Our services

We offer therapy and clinical psychology services in person and online to children, teens, and families, from ages 0-18. Our approach is child-centred and family-inclusive. This means that while our focus is on the child, we also take a broader view of how that child lives within their family, school, and community. This means that we might have sessions with the child alone, with the child and their parent or carer(s), the parents/carers alone, or with the whole family including siblings. We also might talk to school teachers or other care professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care.
